Pat Kitchell has more than 25 years experience in the music education field and has been a multi-instrumentalist for most of his life. Pat studied music education at West Texas State University and returned to obtain his masters in saxophone performance.

Beginning his teaching career in the highly competitive Central Texas area, Pat led concert, jazz and marching bands to many superior and excellent ratings at state and national contests. He's prepared countless students for college level music study and professional music careers. To this day, Pat continues to teach private lessons, and hone his skills by performing regularly with local rock and jazz bands as well as worship teams.

Relocating to Colorado in mid 2011, Pat now leads our new band and orchestra department and also runs our extensive lesson program.
