Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We know how disappointing it can be when you realize a product doesn’t do what you thought it did or sound the way you had imagined. Because of this, we have a 30-day no hassle return period. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we’ll refund your purchase price or exchange your purchase for the right piece of gear – guaranteed.

Should you determine that you’re not happy with the product you’ve purchased, call or email within 30 days to initiate your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the address for our returns center. We must receive the product being returned no later than 40 days after the initial purchase or 10 days after your return authorization has been created, whichever is first. Please ship your return ASAP after receiving your Return Authorization number to avoid delays in processing your returns or refusal of shipment.

All items being returned must be in new condition. Guitars cannot show signs of wear including pick scratches, belt-buckle scratches and gouges, dents, dings or cracks. Items must be clean and include all original packaging such as owner’s manuals, cables and other included accessories to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, there are some items that we cannot accept returns on unless they are defective from the factory, in which case we will gladly exchange for a new unit. These non-returnable items include: harmonicas, mouthpieces, reeds, earbud headphones and earplugs, copyrighted materials (Software, DVD’s, videos, books and other printed instructional material) and special order items.

Returnable if Factory Sealed

There are some items that we can only accept if they are returned in their unused/unopened, factory sealed state.  These items include: drum sticks, strings, tubes, vocal microphones, turntable cartridges, cleaning cloths and fluid, fog juice and light bulbs. If an item does not have a factory seal such as a single pair of drumsticks, this item must not show signs of use. Strings must not be opened.

Shipping Damage

If your item shows signs of damage to the shipping container, refuse the item and notify the delivery driver of the damage. All items should be tested upon receipt to verify they are in proper working order and there was no hidden shipping damage.

Credit for Returns

Your account will be credited ASAP after your return has been processed. Return items will be inspected to verify that they are in like new condition and include all original accessories etc. Items being returned in non-new condition or missing items will result in delay of the processing of your return, restocking fees or ineligibility for returns.

Free Shipping

If you received free shipping on your items and you are returning your item, your credit card will be credited the full amount charged, less original shipping charges. If you elect to exchange your original product for another item, you will not be charged freight for your original purchase and if your new item is eligible for free freight your item will ship free too!
