Free Shipping!

ProSound Music offers FREE ground shipping on many items* every day!  All orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via FedEx Ground freight. Therefore, only the lower 48 qualifies for our free freight program. Don’t worry though, we didn’t forget about our friends in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Freight to these areas is discounted significantly. If you have any questions regarding freight charges during checkout, please call 866-539-2680.

Same Day Shipping

98% of new orders ship the same day they are placed (M-F).  We know how difficult waiting for that new piece of gear can be so we put an emphasis on processing your order as fast possible and getting your purchase out the door and on its way to you.  If you place your order for an in-stock item before 2PM MST it will likely ship the same day. Orders received after 2PM MST Friday will ship the next business day. Same day shipping applies to credit card orders only.

Rarely, there may be a delay encountered during the processing or shipping of your order that is unavoidable. If your order is delayed for any reason, you will be notified via email as soon as possible. Our automated credit card processing system flags certain purchases for fraud audits that are intended to protect you, the consumer. We will make every effort possible to expedite this audit of your transaction. Orders not shipping to the cardholders mailing address may require additional processing and verification although the resulting delay will be limited and will likely ship the same day it’s processed.    

Carrier

You are free to select the carrier of your choice although when you choose the free freight option, ProSound will select the best freight carrier to ensure your item is delivered intact and on time. FedEx is our carrier of choice for most items although for smaller items we may ship using USPS. 

Delivery

The average transit time is less than 5 business days from the order date. For oversized orders and palletized shipments, a lift-gate may be necessary. Should you require a lift-gate, please contact us prior to completing your order to coordinate this service. High value items will always require a signature for delivery – to ensure your item is delivered to you safe and sound.   

*Minimum order amount of $49.99 is required to qualify for free shipping. Items weighing more than 70lbs or considered oversized by freight carriers are subject to additional freight charges.
